The reception staff was helpful. the pool area features adequate sunbeds and umbrellas. i appreciate the quick resolution of a minor issue with my room. Maintenance addressed it promptly. the location is advantageous since it has close access to amenities.
the evening entertainment could be improved as sound quality and variety not match the general quality of the hotel. i wish there was more attention to detail in this area.

The water park was old, and half of it did not work. This was a major disappointment. The pool bar lacked enough cups. The bartender washed the same one for all guests. The restaurant is dated and needs maintenance.

The manager of food and beverages, he made a great effort. He worked hard to manage the all inclusive buffet during busy times. The food was delicious and well organized. I commend his team.
The hotel is dated and needs attention. The bathroom needed re-tiling, as the repairs made it look untidy. This imperfection was frustrating for me.
